About me

You are in control—we only go where you are ready to go.

Mir is a CDA-licensed psychologist who provides thoughtful, evidence-based assessment and therapy in a warm and supportive environment. She takes a holistic approach, considering each person’s emotional, behavioural, and cognitive wellbeing.

Mir has particular expertise in neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessment and supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, identity-related concerns, somatic concerns, and occupational burnout.

She works collaboratively with clients, helping them develop greater self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and emotional resilience. Alongside her clinical work, Mir has experience in crisis response, academic research and teaching, and the development of digital mental health technologies.

Assessment and therapy with the whole picture in view

Mir work across two areas — assessments and adult therapy. If you’re not sure which you or your child needs, a short message on WhatsApp is the easiest way to find out.

01

Neuropsychological & psycho-educational assessments

for children and teens 8–18 — ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, learning and cognitive difficulties — with clear recommendations for school support.
02

ADHD assessment

understanding the full cognitive profile, not just a yes-or-no label.
03

Adult psychotherapy (16+)

stress and burnout, anxiety, depression, and identity — using ACT, CBT, somatic regulation and Internal Family Systems.
04

Expat identity & loneliness

for people who’ve moved countries and are finding their feet.
