Mir is a CDA-licensed psychologist who provides thoughtful, evidence-based assessment and therapy in a warm and supportive environment. She takes a holistic approach, considering each person’s emotional, behavioural, and cognitive wellbeing.
Mir has particular expertise in neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessment and supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, identity-related concerns, somatic concerns, and occupational burnout.
She works collaboratively with clients, helping them develop greater self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and emotional resilience. Alongside her clinical work, Mir has experience in crisis response, academic research and teaching, and the development of digital mental health technologies.
