Approaches & Tools

About me

A gentle language for what words cannot yet hold.

Ekaterina Morgan is a psychologist specialising in supporting children, adolescents, and families. She works with children experiencing emotional, behavioural, and adjustment difficulties while helping parents better understand their child’s feelings, needs, and behaviour.

Her approach is warm, gentle, and individualised, with a strong focus on emotional safety and building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Ekaterina believes every child and family is unique and deserves to be met with understanding, patience, and respect.

She is particularly interested in creative and developmentally sensitive approaches, including Sandplay Therapy, which can help children express experiences and emotions that may be difficult to put into words.

A gentler language for feelings

Ekaterina work most with children and teens, and with parents alongside them. If you’re not sure whether sandplay is right for your child, a short message on WhatsApp is the easiest way to find out.

Questions about working
with Ekaterina

Clear answers about sandplay, age ranges and involving parents in the work.

It’s a recognised, non-verbal method — developed in the Jungian tradition — where a child builds scenes in a tray of sand using small figures. It lets them show and work through what they can’t yet put into words. I make sense of what emerges, gently and safely, alongside them.
Mostly children and teenagers aged 6–16, and their parents. I also work with Russian-speaking adults in mid-life transitions. Parents are always part of a child’s work — I keep you involved between sessions.
With children, meaningful change usually shows from around ten sessions onwards — you’ll often first notice a calmer, more settled child who’s happy to come. Message us on WhatsApp to book or to ask questions.
