Quick answer: SEO packages in Pakistan usually come in three levels. A basic plan covers a handful of keywords, on-page fixes and Google Business Profile setup. A mid level plan adds more keywords, technical fixes, monthly content and conversion tracking. A premium plan targets competitive national searches with more links, more content and advice on turning visitors into leads.
Ask three agencies for a quote and you will likely get three very different numbers, each with its own list of deliverables. That makes SEO packages in Pakistan hard to compare side by side. This guide explains what sits inside each price level, using the plans we offer as part of our SEO services in Pakistan as a working example, so you can read any proposal and know what you are paying for.
Why SEO pricing in Pakistan varies so much
Two quotes can look far apart and still both be fair. The gap usually comes from a few things that change how much work the agency has to put in each month.
- How competitive your keywords are. Ranking a dental clinic in Gulshan for "dentist near me" is a different job from ranking an online store nationally for "buy shoes online".
- The state of your website. A site with broken pages, slow loading and thin content needs repair work before growth work can start.
- Local or national reach. A business that serves one city needs less ground covered than one selling across the country.
- Content volume. Every new article or landing page takes research, writing and editing time.
- Link building. Earning real mentions from relevant websites is slow, manual work, and it is often the biggest part of the bill.
- Who does the work. A solo freelancer, a small team and a full agency with a strategist, writer and developer all price differently.
So when you compare SEO pricing in Pakistan, compare the work listed in each plan, not the headline number alone.
What is included in SEO, whatever the package
Every serious plan is built from the same core pieces. The price level decides how much of each piece you get each month. If you want the background on how ranking works first, read our complete guide to what SEO is and how Google ranks pages.
Audit and keyword mapping
Work should start with a look at your site, your competitors and your current tracking. The agency then matches each target keyword to one page on your site, so two pages are not fighting for the same search.
Technical SEO
This covers the parts of your site Google has to read before it can rank anything: page speed, mobile layout, broken links, redirects, sitemaps and indexing problems. Most issues get fixed in the first months, followed by regular checks.
On-page optimisation
Titles, headings, page copy, images and internal links are adjusted so each page clearly answers what people are searching for. Good proposals say how many hours per month go into this.
Content
Blog posts and new pages help you rank for questions your customers ask before they buy. Check how many pieces per month the plan includes and who writes them.
Local SEO
For businesses that serve customers in a city, this means setting up and maintaining your Google Business Profile, keeping your name, address and phone number consistent, and building reviews.
Authority building
Links from other relevant websites tell Google your site is trusted. Look for a specific number of placements per month and ask where they come from.
Tracking and reporting
You should get a monthly report on rankings, traffic and leads, plus access to your own Google Analytics and Search Console data at all times.

Standard: for a small business in one city
At PKR 35,000 a month, the Standard plan works as a local SEO package. It targets 5 keywords, includes 6 hours of on-page work and 4 authority link placements each month, adds schema markup, sets up your Google Business Profile and gives you a live ranking dashboard. It suits a clinic, salon, restaurant or service company that mainly wants calls and visits from one area.
Advanced: for growing businesses
At PKR 60,000 a month, the Advanced plan doubles the keyword list to 10 and raises on-page time to 10 hours and link placements to 8. It adds one SEO article a month, a technical SEO audit with fixes, and GA4 conversion tracking so you can see which searches bring enquiries. This is the right step for a business targeting a few cities or a wider service list.
Premium: for competitive national searches
At PKR 95,000 a month, the Premium plan covers 20 keywords, 14 hours of on-page work, 12 link placements and two articles a month. It also includes content sharing on social channels and conversion rate recommendations to help more visitors turn into leads. It fits online stores and brands competing for national terms where the top results are already strong.
Larger companies with many locations or very big sites usually need a custom plan, which is quoted after an audit.
What a local SEO package should cover
If most of your customers come from one city, a local plan is often all you need at the start. Whoever you hire, a local SEO package should include:
- Full Google Business Profile setup with the right primary and secondary categories, services, photos and opening hours.
- The same business name, address and phone number on your website, your profile and business directories.
- A simple way to ask customers for reviews, and replies to the reviews you get.
- Location keywords on your service pages, such as "AC repair in DHA Karachi".
- Monthly tracking of how you show up in Google Maps, not only in normal search results.
How to work out your monthly SEO cost
Before you pick a plan, answer a few questions about your own business. They tell you how much work you really need, which is what drives your monthly SEO cost.
- List the services that bring in money. Each one usually needs its own page and keyword. Five services means at least five keywords.
- Search for those keywords yourself. If the first page is full of big national brands, you need a stronger plan. If it shows small local firms, a basic plan can compete.
- Decide on your area. One city, a few cities or the whole country.
- Check what you can do in house. If your team can write blog posts, you may need less content in the plan.
- Plan for several months. SEO builds over time, so judge it on months of progress rather than the first few weeks.
While you wait for rankings to build, there is plenty you can do on your side too. Our guide on how to improve Google rankings and increase organic traffic covers practical steps you can start this week.
Warning signs in cheap SEO deals
A low price is fine if the work is real. These are the signs that it is not.
- Guaranteed first position. Google says plainly that "no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google" and advises you to find someone else if an SEO promises it.
- Hundreds of backlinks for a small fee. Bulk links from unrelated or spammy sites can hurt your rankings instead of helping.
- No access to your own data. You should own your Google Analytics and Search Console accounts. Be careful with anyone who keeps them in their name.
- Vague reports. A screenshot of rankings with no traffic or lead numbers tells you very little.
- Keywords nobody searches. Ranking first for a phrase with no searches looks good in a report and brings no customers.
- No clear list of monthly work. If the proposal cannot tell you what gets done each month, you cannot check it later.
Questions to ask before you sign
- Which keywords will you target, and which page will each one rank?
- How many hours of on-page work and how many links do I get each month?
- Who writes the content, and do I approve it before it goes live?
- Will I have full access to Analytics and Search Console?
- What will the monthly report show, and how will we track leads?
- What happens to the work and the content if I stop the plan?
Not sure which level fits your business? We offer a free SEO audit that shows where your site stands today and which plan makes sense from there.

Frequently asked questions
How much do SEO packages cost in Pakistan?
It depends on how many keywords you target, how competitive they are and how much content and link building is included. At Aspire Digital, plans start at PKR 35,000 a month for local SEO and go up to PKR 95,000 a month for competitive national campaigns.
Is monthly SEO better than a one-time payment?
A one-time job can fix technical problems, but rankings need ongoing content, links and updates as competitors move. That is why most SEO is sold as a monthly plan. A one-time audit is still a good starting point if you want to see the issues first.
Which package should a new business choose?
Most new local businesses do well starting with a basic local plan, since Google Maps and city searches bring the quickest enquiries. You can move to a bigger plan once you see which keywords bring leads.
Can I change my SEO package later?
Yes. Many businesses start small and upgrade when they add services, open in a new city or want to compete for national searches. Ask your agency how an upgrade works before you sign.
What should a monthly SEO report include?
It should show keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads or sales from search, and a list of the work completed that month. It should also say what is planned for the next month.
